The base online prenup will continue to be $599 flat per couple when we go live in your state. In South Carolina and West Virginia, where attorney representation is required for any prenup to be enforceable, the practical price will be $1,997 per couple because attorney representation for each partner is mandatory. In Minnesota, the $599 base price applies the same way it does in our other 47 states, with attorney representation as an optional $1,398 add-on for both partners.

Yes. Both partners can complete a HelloPrenup remotely, so you do not need to be in the same room, state, or country while you work on the agreement together. Please note that HelloPrenup currently only offers US prenuptial agreements, so the prenup will be drafted under the laws of a US state.
